The Department of the Air Force Modernization Process Model (MPM)<\/a> now reflects updates in Version 15.6, incorporating new guidance and refreshed content to support mission success and evolving technology needs.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The SAF\/AQXP Strategic Change Management (SCM) Branch added the following documents to strengthen guidance on Operational and Live Fire Test & Evaluation specifically on AI, modeling and simulation. The SCM Branch, also added documents for new documents to enhance protection planning and information security: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 DoDM 5000.101 \u2013 Covers OT&E and LFT&E of AI-enabled and autonomous systems <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 DoDM 5000.102 \u2013 Establishes standards for verifying, validating, and accrediting M&S <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 DoD Technology and Program Protection Guidebook (26 July 2022) \u2013 Provides best practices for protecting critical technologies <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 DoDM 5200.01V1_DAFMAN 16-1404V1-DAFGM2024-01 \u2013 Explain classification, declassification, and information security procedures <\/p>\n\n\n\n
