The Acquisition Delegation for IDO Director memorandum transfers the former Capability Development Executive Officer responsibilities to the Integrated Development Office Director and delegates authorities comparable to a Portfolio Acquisition Executive. The Integrating Portfolio Acquisition Executive Roles, Responsibilities, and Authorities memorandum establishes the roles, responsibilities, relationships, and technical authorities of iPAEs and their interaction with the Service Acquisition Executive, PAEs, the IDO, and other acquisition organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The iPAE Establishment memorandum redesignates former Integrating Program Executive Officers as Integrating Portfolio Acquisition Executives (iPAEs) and establishes iPAE Nuclear to support horizontal integration across the USAF nuclear enterprise.
