Acquisition Process Model version 13.11

The SAF/AQX CPI Team updated the Acquisition Process Model to version 13.11. This version includes the addition of Summer Execution Review Rules and Timeline documents and the updated versions of AF/A5/7 Capability Development Guidebooks, Volume 2D, 2F, 2H, and 2I.. For more information on changes made, check out the Document Changes page. If you have any questions, concerns, or suggested changes please reach out to us using the Contact Us page.

Finally, we have a tool that contains everything we need. We no longer have to go to several different areas.

GS-13 Acquisition Support POC

Thank you for building this product. As a PM with an engineering degree, this helps organize the data in a way I think. The introduction to the website definitely helped me to understand the structure and make the data useable for the future.

GS-12 Program Manager

Great quick update of the significant revisions to the tool. This was extremely timely training, as we are in the early planning phase for MS-B and ASP development. The tool will be extremely helpful.

I work in Space Sustainment, but knowing the steps involved and having the ability to drill down into those steps to know what is being required of the program office is invaluable.

The Acquisition CIO leverages the APM to satisfy the process flow component of the Acquisition Enterprise Architecture.

SAF/AQXS

I plan to use the APM to prepare for Early Strategy and Issue Session (ESIS) and Acquisition Strategy Panel with the PEO.
