Designed to help acquisition teams infuse innovation in ALL acquisition phases independent of pathway, the toolbox is organized into 7 drawers: Requirements Development, Acquisition Strategy, Solicitation, Evaluation, Award, Post Award, and Alternate Authorities. The toolbox organization simplifies an acquisition team’s access to the appropriate drawer based on where it currently is or where it is headed in its acquisition.
