Acquisition Plan Input/Output Update

To clear up some ambiguity with the Acquisition Plan on the Services Pathway and the Acquisition Plan on the AMIC pages, the SAF/AQXP SCM team has split the input/output in two. The “Acq Plan” on the AMIC page has been updated to have the template “AMIC Acquisition Plan Template and Samples” associated with it. This template is AMIC specific.
