The Modernization Process Model (MPM) has been enhanced with the addition of 1.4.5.1.5.1 – Conduct Cyber Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) and supporting subprocess 1.4.5.1.5.1.1. Aligned with the Cyber DT&E Iterative Process described in DoWM 5000.103, this new content provides a structured framework for planning, preparing, executing, evaluating, and reporting cybersecurity testing activities throughout the system lifecycle.
