The SAF/AQXP SCM team has updated the Modernization Process Model to version 26.02.27 to ensure continued alignment with current policy and guidance.
In this release, the team added the OSD Early Manufacturing Engineering Guide (July 2022) to strengthen early manufacturing and production readiness considerations within the model.
The team also updated references to DAFI 32-1020, Planning and Programming Built Infrastructure Projects and DAFMAN 36-2806, Military Awards: Criteria and Procedures. These updates keep the model current and reinforce alignment across manufacturing, infrastructure, and personnel policy areas. The SAF/AQXP SCM team will continue to refine the model to support effective modernization efforts across the enterprise.
