This update introduces several key additions, including the Intellectual Property Guidebook for DoD Acquisition; Title 10, Section 333 Foreign Security Forces: Authority to Build Capacity; Title 10, Section 3406(f) Task and Delivery Order Contracts: Orders; DoDM 4160.21, Volume 2 Defense Materiel Disposition: Property Disposal and Reclamation and DAFMAN 23-300 Materiel Management, which replaces DAFI 23-101.
