Revolutionary FAR Overhaul incorporated into Modernization Process Model V26.05.01

The release of MPM Version 26.05.01 delivers a targeted update to ensure continued alignment with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul initiative. While this version does not introduce major process changes, it focuses on critical administrative updates that improve accuracy, usability, and consistency across the model.

Finally, we have a tool that contains everything we need. We no longer have to go to several different areas.
