The SAF/AQXP SCM Team has released Version 16.2 of the Modernization Process Model (MPM). This update introduces several key additions, including the Intellectual Property Guidebook for DoD Acquisition; Title 10, Section 333 Foreign Security Forces: Authority to Build Capacity; Title 10, Section 3406(f) Task and Delivery Order Contracts: Orders; DoDM 4160.21, Volume 2 Defense Materiel Disposition: Property Disposal and Reclamation and DAFMAN 23-300 Materiel Management, which replaces DAFI 23-101. The SAF/AQXP SCM Team has updated the DAF Modernization Process Model to version 16.0. This version introduces a ChatBot on the landing pages of the model. The ChatBot is programmed with information on all the processes in the MPM. Users are able to ask it questions on How a process works, Who is the owner or performer of a process, What a process is, or Where a process is found in the MPM.
